Estimated Shipping Times

Original artwork will be processed within 5 business days, at which point shipment tracking information will be made available. 

As our Prints line is produced upon ordering, please allow up to 3 weeks for production and processing before shipment.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If you notice any issues with your product, please photograph and email us at support@crownandpress.com with images attached.
