Collection: Julia Veenstra

Julia Veenstra is a Canadian artist with works in collections around the globe. Having lived in four different countries, her impressionistic representational and lively style reflects the influences of each. She prefers acrylics for their immediacy and bright colours, which convey the joy she sees in her surroundings. Her recent work has focused on Canada's vibrant landscapes, earning her national recognition, including the cover of the Royal Winter Fair. Julia can be found most days in her studio, a converted garage in her Hamilton home on Beach Boulevard. Julia has also co-founded multiple companies, including Square Foot Show, Artlabel, and most recently, Crown & Press, helping artists reach new audiences worldwide.
